We order Full Moon for the staff of our daycare, Tiny Hearts Childcare in the Bronx. They're great! Huge slices, huge garlic knots. We love it :)
I've been ordering pizza from here for a couple of years now. So far i have only had pizza delivered to my home. I always order a large pie. I tried the following toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms, bacon and sausage. They allow you to pick different toppings for the left or right side. My favorite combo is mushrooms and bacon on the left side and pepperoni on the right side. So good. The pizza's here are huge, it takes up the entire box. The pizza has an amazing tomato sauce and always has a good amount of cheese. I love the crust, its just enough. I've also ordered the garlic knots multiple times. My favorite part is always the pieces of garlic on the knots. The knots have a great crispy exterior and a soft inside. Its delicious. They serve it with marinara sauce which is always good. I just wish i had more of it. Pizza fridays from Full Moon will continue in my household. We love it here.
My trip back to the BX wouldn't be complete without having some pizza from little Italy of the Bronx. The plain slice was amazing. For such a big slice, the crispy crust did not wilt. The right amount of sauce and the cheese was good as well. Now the Sicilian was great. I was a bit intimidated by how thick it was, but when you bite in, it is very light and airy. The guys behind the counter are very cortious and helpful. Service is great. The ambiance is casual and friendly. Can't wait to try other slices.
Full Moon pizzeria is a MUST when you're on Arthur ave. Classic pizza served to you in HUGE slices the size of your head. Its worth every penny. I recommend the combo slice, its pepperoni, mushroom, peppers and onions. This place is rated so high for a reason and just a super classic real pizzeria.
Best pizza in NY!!! The chicken parm pizza is SPECTACULAR. the crust is thin but crunchy. the toppings are the perfect amount. It's the best pizza. BBQ chicken is also delicious. Slices are HUGE. Definitely worth it. The workers are nice and whip up your pizza slice quickly. They warm it up immediately so it's always fresh
Wow wow wow!!! Que delicioso . Stromboli was fantastic. There so many options, pizza looks so good. Definitely co.ing back. Parking not to great but worth a walk
It's been remodeled. Still the same quality for decades. Bring an appetite the slices are large (see photo) crisp, fresh mozzarella and good sauce. The garlic knots must be on steroids; they're three times the size most place serve. It seems a little touristy on the weekends. But, it is in Little Italy in the Bronx.
A regular slice is $4.50 and a speciality slice is $6! The slices were too crispy to my liking, each bite was like a big chip with sauce and cheese. The margherita slice comes with a ton of basil and oregano on it which I found to be nice. I didnt need to add any more seasonings on top. The garlic knots comes with a small thing of marinara sauce.
